Can we imagine over-heating on a hot summer day, and rushing to the water faucet to fill up our cup with cool, refreshing water? Can we picture the water overflowing the lip of the cup and spilling down the sides onto our hot, sweaty hand and wrist? Finally, we gulp down the cold water, don’t we? On one of those dog days of summer an overflowing, and refreshing moment like this feels like Heaven, doesn’t it?
Well, now that we’re all refreshed, cooled off, replenished and loving life again; I want everyone to know that good stuff overflowing doesn’t only happen with just cool water. You see, when we pour an over abundance of other good stuff like knowledge and joy into ourselves we will also overflow with these things!
Let’s start this journey by pouring knowledge into ourselves. Fortunately, there are many ways that we can pour an overflowing amount of knowledge into ourselves. However, the easiest one may be to simply keep a book by our side that we actually read during any down time that we have.
Next, let’s pour an overflowing abundance of joy into ourselves by finding positive people. Positive people are always overflowing with compliments for us. They are always sharing their good stuff in abundance. Let’s get around overflowing positive people, and mimic them!
Other joyful things are to watch funny, cheerful and uplifting movies. A good movie can put us in an abundantly good mood and help make our 
interactions with others more positive. Let’s just do something that fills ourselves with good old joy, so that it easily overflows onto others and makes this place a refreshing, cool world, where we can all feel like we’re in Heaven gulping down the good life.
